How to return your order

You have the right to return the order (both will be declared as product) within 30 days of the delivery date, but it is more long for public holidays (15 days). On receipt of the product we advise you to check carefully that it is free of defects and is compatible with what was ordered. If, for any reason, the product received does not correspond to what you expected, you can send it back to us following this procedure:


Please send email to our customer service at and explaining that you intend to send back the product and, if you wish, why.
Wait for the reply of our customer center with the instructions for the return.
Send the article packaged and in the same condition in which you received it.
Evaluate possible insurance on the consignment, given that both the costs and the risks linked to the transport are charged to you.
On receipt of the package, following the instructions, take care to provide for the reimbursement of the amount initially paid through the channel used by you for the initial transaction. For whatever doubt or query our customer center is at your complete disposal.
We cannot also refund each type of purchased products with monogram.


Return for a Refund

Only defective product is eligible for refund if the item is returned unused, undamaged, in its original packaging within the 30 days of receiving item. The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving your returned package. Under normal circumstances, the refund may not include original shipping cost, transactional fee and custom duties depends on circumstances. will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Refund before Delivery

We could accept the request for cancellation of orders and refund before delivery. The refund would not include the transaction fee under normal circumstances. Please contact if you have any request before delivery.



You have the right to exchange the product within 30 days of the delivery date, but it is more long for public holidays (15 days). We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Or item that is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customized products and gift cards are exempt from being exchanged. A product can only be replaced with another product of equal or lesser amount. If you want to change to a product with a higher price, we ask you to return the initial order for a refund and place a separate order with the desired product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend you to insure the package. We don’t guarantee if the package would be lost during the return. 



When product is defective, a new replacement will be sent if notified within 30 days of receipt. will be responsible for the cost of this new shipment. In the case the customer does not accept a replacement but he wants a refund, he has to arrange the goods return to the headquarter and, once we will be able to receive it, we will apply a total refund via payment gateway.

In all the cases above, returned packages remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended to use traceable carrier when shipping items back to us as is not reliable for lost packages during transit.
