All orders included free worldwide delivery.

The delivery method might be varied by the destination, please refer to below details:

Luxatlast.com will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please make sure the delivery address is correct and Luxatlast.com will not be responsible for the lost or re-delivery charges due to wrong delivery address.  

*Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes and/or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. LUX AT LAST has no control over these charges, since these charges are different for different countries . We suggest you to contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Shipping Agent:

  1. Hong Kong Orders:
    Local Delivery with default agent. For full insurance please contact us for a quotation.
  2. Outside of Hong Kong Orders:
    International Delivery with default agent. For full insurance please contact us for a quotation.
    *Please Note: Due to the increased security measures at the US Customs, deliveries to the US can take up to 28 days.
Tracking code/reference will be given to the customer to track their item(s).

Delivery Time:
We will arrange orders about 7 - 10 working days and we are not responsible for delivery times once shipped.
For international orders, It will take 6 to 28 working days for air mail items to reach recipients, subject to flight availability, progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc.

Sundays and public holidays are excluded for the purpose of determining the date of posting or arrival in Hong Kong for all mail items and for performance measurement under the performance pledges.

 

Reminders:

    • All items will have to be signed for.
    • For Damaged packages: If any delivery of a products contents appear to be damaged, the package MUST be signed for as 'damaged' and we must be notified immediately. Failure to do so will invalidate shipping insurance claims and we will not be liable for the damage.
